Local Area Spotlight: Pismo Heights

The Pismo Heights area is located in the hills just east of downtown Pismo Beach. Homes in the Pismo Heights area are known to offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and are positioned perfectly to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks launched from the Pismo pier or a beautiful coastal sunset. Recently, while showing clients a property in the heights we were able to watch a pod of whales as they played in the water.

For families concerned about their children’s education, the Pismo Heights area is serviced by the following public schools: Shell Beach Elementary, Judkins Middle School and Arroyo Grande High School as well as several private school options.

In addition to the great views and wonderful schools, this area offers easy access to parks, the Pismo Preserve, the beach, phenomenal cuisine and shopping, and much more.

Due to the high desirability of this neighborhood and the range in availability of views, home prices can vary greatly but are usually in the range of $600,000 to $1.2 million.
