Like many young couples looking for a great deal to make their entry into home ownership, my wife and I were looking for a “fixer upper” to get our start. We knew that if we made the right choices in finishes and put in a little sweat equity we could come out ahead. So when we finally found our project home we dug right in and got to work. Being new to the realm of diy we looked to friends and family for referrals to the best service providers and suppliers. When it came to floor coverings there was only one company being recommended and that was Cal Coast Carpet Warehouse. So after the fun of ripping out 1800sqft of carpet and tile we made a trip down to their location at 1309 Pacific Boulevard which is right off of Highway 1 in Oceano. From the moment we crossed the threshold we loved our experience. They asked us the right questions to help us pinpoint the look we were going for and gave us several options at different price points. We ultimately decided to go with a beautiful pre-distressed acacia hardwood for most of the main living space and a nice beige carpet for the living room and bedrooms. They were also able to help us select the tile for our kitchen counter and backsplash, as well as our bathroom floor and shower tiles. Once we had selected the materials they offered some advice how to properly install the tile since I thought I was going to do it myself. Ultimately, time was not on my side and I decided to hire a professional. Thankfully I didn’t have to look around for a service provider because Cal Coast was able to take care of the installation for me as well. Cal Coast Carpet Warehouse is truly a wonderful company who takes great care of their customers and provides quality products. The truth is that my experience is just one of many others that I have heard. For that reason I can wholeheartedly recommend Cal Coast Carpet Warehouse for all of your carpet, tile, granite, and wood flooring needs.
