Sip and Paint at The Gallery

Calling all aspiring artists! The Gallery in Arroyo Grande is teaching a Sip and Paint class on the last Saturday of every month!

These classes are perfect for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned artists. Join instructor Brandon Smith for fine wine, great company, and individualized guidance while you paint a beautiful still life. Classes are limited to ten students to ensure that everyone gets the guidance you need to bring your masterpiece to life. Tickets include three hours of instruction, all paints and materials, two glasses of wine, and light snacks.

Brandon Smith is an award winning artist–and SLO local!–who loves helping students discover their own love of painting. He studied and taught at the Academy of Art University San Francisco for more than twenty years before coming back to the Central Coast, where he now teaches at Allan Hancock College.

The Gallery, founded in 2021, represents local artists and offers original paintings as well as collectable prints and special editions. So even if you aren’t the artistic type, it’s the perfect place to admire stunning paintings, many of which feature our beautiful county as their subject.

Registration for Sip and Paint is open for classes from January to June, and I’m sure seats will fill up quickly. Whether you’re planning a romantic date, girls night, or solo activity, Sip and Paint at the Gallery is the perfect Saturday night activity.
