Hey, I’m Eric Cruz Puentes, a born and raised Morro Bay local with a passion for people, property, and good food. I graduated from Morro Bay High and have spent years in customer service, including my current role at The Fish House, where I’ve built strong connections within our community.
Outside of real estate, I’m all about staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or running along the coast. I’ve got two chubby cats, Milo and Leo, who I walk every night for 30-minute walks, rain or shine (yes, really).
I got into real estate because I genuinely love building relationships and helping people find a place they can call home. I’m also a big fan of cooking and wine! so if you ever want to talk houses over a good glass of red or white, I’m your man!!!
